To protect the privacy and safety of all children, families and visitors are not permitted to take photographs or videos while on service premises. This includes images or recordings of your own child.
All NWCC families must download and complete this form before commencing OOSH.
If your child attends any extra-curricular activities on school premises that run during our operational hours, you will need to click and complete this form before your child can commence the activity.
If your child is required to take any ongoing or temporary medications eg; ADHD medication or a course of antibiotics during our operational hours, please download and complete this form.
4 Steps Required For Attendance
PLEASE NOTE:
• If Children go home straight from the Extra Curricular activity with their guardian,
NWCC requires advanced permission in writing.
• ** If NWCC needs to look for your child at the end of their activity,
then a penalty fee will be charged.
• When Children are signed out of OOSH,
they are the responsibility of the Extra Curricular Provider, not NWCC.
• NWCC is unable to deliver children to and from Extra Curricular activities.
