Northwest Community Childcare (NWCC) is committed to prioritising the care of children currently enrolled in our OOSH service. However, should places be available children new to OOSH and from other schools may be permitted to attend provided the following are adhered to:

1.       Enrolment: All children must be enrolled and have a completed enrolment, approved by our Bookings Team prior to commencement. This includes a completed enrolment form, photo & video consent form, and any other requested supporting documents.

2.       Medical: Any medical information provided on your child’s enrolment form, including Medical Management Plans and medication, must be provided in advance and kept up to date

3.       Code of Conduct: All parents must respect the rights of our staff and agree to comply with our Code of Conduct, as outlined in the Family Handbook

4.       Valuables: NWCC is not responsible for damage or loss for any valuables, including electronic devices. We encourage valuables to remain at home unless it is a designated programmed day

·       New Enrolments: Requests to enrol new NWCC students must be submitted at least 10 business days before the session date, by providing all enrolment information

•       Cancellations or Changes: Requests for cancellations or changes to bookings can be submitted via email at least 5 business days prior to the session date, without charge

·       Online Vacation Care bookings for both newly enrolled and existing students can be booked via the My Family Lounge online portal, or by emailing bookings@nwcc.com.au at least 5 business days before the session date

•       The online portal will be closed from 15th December 2025.

•       Late booking requests submitted after this date can be emailed to bookings@nwcc.com.au and are subject to availability

$57 per day, per child

Breakfast, Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea

•       Lunch – Our service is NUT AWARE. Please ensure that your child’s lunch is free from nuts and doesnot require reheating

•       Full Refillable water bottle

•       A wide brimmed or legionnaires hat and suitable sun safe clothing

•       Spare clothes

•       Enclosed shoes – No thongs, sandals or crocs

•       Label all personal items with your child’s full name
