IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Schofields OOSH will be closed on Monday 12 October for a Staff Development Day. Alternative care is available at other NWCC services.

  • All NWCC services will be closed on Monday 5 October for the public holiday. School resumes on Tuesday 13 October 2026.

  • Marsden Park is the only Vacation Care service available for Pre-K children.

Drop Off & Pick Up

All authorised contacts are required to present photo ID to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children. Educators will not release children to anyone refusing to present ID.

while attending our Vacation Care Services

Pharmacy labelled medication must be handed to the Responsible Person at the relevant service before your child attends any session.

Changes to Vacation Care bookings must be emailed with 5 business days’ notice of the OOSH session commencing to avoid fees being applicable.
