How to add a Child and
Complete an Enrolment
New to My Family Lounge?
If you haven’t registered for an account yet, please click here to create one.
Step 1: Log into the My Family Lounge portal.
Click here and enter your email and password then click Sign In.
Note: We recommend completing the enrolment on a computer or laptop for the best experience.
Step 2: Account Dashboard
You will be logged into your My Family Lounge dashboard. Click on Add Child.
Step 3: Add Child Details
Complete your child’s details including their CRN, along with authorisations and click on Save.
Step 4: Start Child’s Enrolment
Click on Start Enrolment to begin the process.
Step 5: Select a Service
Click on the drop-down menu and tick the specified service.
Step 6: Main Contacts
Fill out all the required information. Any listed Primary and Secondary contact requires all 5 authorisations ticked – Collection, Emergency, Excursion, Medical and Transport.
If you are eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS), ensure the Primary Guardian is the person who made the claim for CCS.
Note: Both listed contacts will be required to sign the enrolment form in Step 20.
Step 7: Additional Contacts
Add two Additional Contacts. Each contact listed must have a minimum of Collection and Emergency ticked for authorisations.
Step 8: Medical Contacts
Add your child’s Doctors information and dentist.
Step 9: Child Information
Add your child’s information, including their interests.
Step 10: Medical Conditions & Dietary Restrictions
If your child has a diagnosed health care need, medical condition or allergy, please click on Add and enter the details in this section and click Upload Action Plan.
You can also include any dietary restrictions in this section.
Important:
If your child has a medical condition listed on the enrolment form, you must provide a current Medical Management Plan or a doctor’s letter.
If medication is required:
It must be supplied on your child’s first day of care.
Medication must be in its original packaging with a pharmacy label showing your child’s full name and dosage instructions.
All details on the medication must match the Medical Management Plan exactly.
This is essential to ensure your child’s safety and meet our regulatory requirements.
Step 11: Court / Parenting Orders or Parenting Plans
If you have any court orders or AVOs upload these here.
Step 12: Additional Information
Provide any additional information here as a note for the staff to know about your child. This does not include any medical or dietary conditions (This should be in Step 10).
Step 13: Immunisations
Click Upload Medical Immunisation Form. Obtain a copy of your current Immunisation History from Medicare.
Note: Do not click on of the drop down menus. Leave this blank.
Step 14: Other General Questions
Tick and agree to our standard questions.
Step 15: Child Care Subsidy
Tick and agree to the Child Care Subsidy enrolment agreement.
Step 16: Service Terms and Conditions
Tick and agree to the Service Terms and Conditions.
Step 17: Agree to Payment Details
Tick the below checkbox for “I have read and understood the above mentioned and agree to the terms.” Then click on Proceed to Payment Details.
Step 18: Enter Payment Details
Enter You will be redirected to Debit Success website. Enter your payment information for either a Credit Card or Bank Account, agree to the terms and conditions and click on Confirm.
Step 19: Payment Details Confirmed
You will be redirected to Debit Success website. Enter your payment information for either a Credit Card or Bank Account, agree to the terms and conditions and click on Confirm.
Step 20: Signatures
Each listed Main Contact is required to sign in the Signatures section.
The Primary Guardian must sign as Guardian 1.
The Secondary Guardian must sign as Guardian 2.
Please ensure that your full name matches exactly with the information provided on the enrolment form.
Step 21: Creating a Signature
Click on Create and you will be prompted to sign and enter your full name. Click on Accept to save your signature.
If you have signed correctly, your signature and full name will appear in the space below.
Step 22: Review and Submit Enrolment
Before submitting, please review each section carefully to ensure that all required fields are complete. Once you have confirmed everything is correct, click on Submit to save your enrolment.
Step 23: Enrolment Reviewed and Next Steps
The Bookings Team will review your child’s enrolment form and contact you if anything is incomplete or missing. If any required information is missing, your child will not be able to start care until all requirements are completed. We have two types of arrangements available:
